Responsibilities

• Adhere to all Plant and Safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct safety inspections and implement corrective actions.
• Perform routine inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
• Conduct clean-up, painting, and housekeeping duties.
• Monitor and maintain the Building Management System.
• Coordinate with external contractors for major repairs or renovations.
• Assist in implementing environmental sustainability initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Work closely with production and other departments.
• Maintain inventory of facility maintenance supplies.
• Escalate concerns to supervisor regarding safety and performance.
• Work with leadership on continuous improvement projects.
• Perform other various job duties as required.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 – 3 years of facilities maintenance in manufacturing.
• Understanding and utilization of Building Management System preferred.
• HVAC experience/license preferred.
• Forklift, Scissor Lift and Boom Lift experience.
• Experience sourcing parts and materials for general plant upkeep.
• Experience using electronic testing equipment.
• Proficient in computer and software skills such as MS Office and CMMS.

• This position is exposed to occupational hazards.
• Subject to extreme heat/cold temperatures.
• Must have sufficient endurance to perform tasks over long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand/move 8-12 hours per day.
• Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position within the state of Arizona.
