Overview

This is an opportunity to join Master Halco Fence & Deck Supply, North America’s leading manufacturer/distributor of fence and deck products, as a Welder. The company is focused on growth, innovation, and the development of its employees.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cut pipe sections using table or jig saw.
• Weld pipe using MIG/ARC welding equipment and techniques.
• Complete projects using manufacturing work orders and/or verbal instructions.
• Locate materials to complete projects.
• Perform visual inspection on completed work ensuring quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Perform other warehouse and gate fabrication duties as required.

Requirements

• 2-3 years welding experience with MIG, ARC.
• Experience working with hand tools.
• Able to lift/move heavy materials (up to 75lbs).
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math functions.
• Ability to perform own layouts using jigs.
• Ability to work around heat and chemicals.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
