Overview

Crown Technical Systems, a Flex Company, is a leader in power distribution and protection systems, focusing on advanced relay and control panels, medium voltage switchgear, and enclosures. They are seeking a Mechanical Assembler in Dallas, TX, to install electrical components and wiring for enclosure building projects.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and follow blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions to complete assemblies.
• Assemble and install electrical components including panel boards, HVAC units, and battery systems.
• Use various power tools and hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Identify and report product defects.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies, tools, and parts.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of related experience in assembly or manufacturing.
• Prior experience operating powered equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, equipment maintenance, and safety management.
• Ability to interpret and follow written directions and technical drawings.
• Basic math skills for technical specifications.
• Basic understanding of tools.
• Demonstrated proficiency in safely operating powered equipment.

Additional Information

• Shift: Monday - Friday; 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.
• Location: Dallas, TX.
