Reworld is a leader in sustainable waste solutions, providing innovative solutions for carbon-negative outcomes. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will ensure the operational effectiveness of equipment and systems essential for the industrial disposal process.

Responsibilities

• Complete preventive maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and operational downtime.
• Utilize root-cause analysis skills to investigate breakdowns and line stoppages.
• Prioritize work to ensure timely maintenance, repair, and installation of equipment.
• Utilize the maintenance documentation program to manage work orders and spare parts.
• Repair and maintain the operating condition of industrial machinery and equipment.
• Observe and evaluate machinery operation to diagnose malfunctions.
• Review maintenance reports to plan and modify maintenance activities.
• Inspect machines for conformance with operational and safety standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• A minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in a heavy industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work a rotating shift schedule.

Additional Information

• Hourly rate for this position is $39.09.
• Ability to lift/carry 50lbs.
• Ability to work from heights and in confined spaces.
