Overview

We are looking for an experienced Robotic Mechanic to join our maintenance team in Lithia Springs, GA plant. This full-time position offers competitive benefits and salary, with opportunities for advancement and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Repair and handle PM's on robots and material handling equipment with a focus towards safety, quality and production efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and repair Fanuc robots, Material Handling Equipment, and Allen Bradley PLC's.
• Perform mechanical technical tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of Robotics experience.
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and understand schematics.
• Skilled in the use of multi-meters and other test equipment.
• Proficient in RS Linx, RS Logix 500, RS Logix 5000, Factory Talk View, DeviceNet, EtherNet, Data Highway, Microsoft Windows.
• Knowledge of Lock-Out Tag-Out standards and troubleshooting 480v electrical connections.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Information

• Full-time position Monday to Friday (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) with likelihood of overtime.
