Overview

Vulcan Materials Company, the nation’s largest producer of construction aggregates, is seeking a Crusher Mechanic to join their team. This role involves repairing and maintaining crushing and processing equipment while promoting safety and ensuring compliance with operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety by prioritizing it throughout the operation.
• Repair and maintain crusher equipment including assembly, disassembly, and adjustments.
• Inspect equipment and structures to ensure safe and reliable operations.
• Monitor processes and materials in various aggregate areas.
• Document and record service and lubrication reports.
• Perform general physical activities to assist with plant operations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the aggregate or construction industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial crusher maintenance and aggregate production is preferred.
• Must be able to work overtime and in all weather conditions.
• Must have some knowledge of industrial tools and their maintenance.
