The TIG Welder will perform high-quality welding on stainless steel and other metals, supporting custom system integrations while adhering to safety regulations and quality control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality welding on stainless steel and other metals.
• Prepare materials and set up welding equipment.
• Fit and weld components according to blueprints and technical drawings.
• Inspect completed welds for accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with project managers, fabricators, and installation teams.
• Help maintain tools and equipment.
• Document work performed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in fabrication processes.

Requirements

• Strong TIG welding proficiency on stainless steel and other alloys.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of industrial fabrication practices, including fitting, cutting, and assembling process piping.
• Understanding of safety standards and quality assurance procedures.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or process environments.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a welding apprenticeship or relevant certifications preferred.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the role.
