Overview

James Fisher Technologies (JFT) is a leading provider of remote solutions and technical services for hazardous environments, focusing on the clean-energy transition and next-generation nuclear technology. JFT is hiring Welders at multiple skill levels in Loveland, CO, with applications reviewed on a rolling basis.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings.
• Independently set up welding equipment and fixtures.
• Perform complex fabrication and fit up.
• Maintain safety and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety rules and shop procedures.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Ability to learn and progress to the next level within reasonable timelines.

Requirements

• Work experience in welding and fabrication.
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG and Stick welding.
• Working knowledge of complex fabrication and repair techniques.
• Knowledge of AWS D1.1/D1.6 is helpful.
• 3G weld certification – Carbon & Stainless Steel.
• Ability to read drawings and understand weld symbols.
• Experience operating a forklift.
• Able to use a tape measure accurately and operate basic hand tools.
• Detail oriented and efficient in their work habits.
• Detailed requirements per level discussed at interview.

• 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off.
• Location: Loveland, CO.
