The Welder/Fabricator, Maritime role involves fabricating prototypes and tooling to support manufacturing development and assembly processes for cutting-edge defense hardware.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and creation of manufacturing technology solutions for new machining and welding processes.
• Aid in product and production system design to ensure cost- and schedule-effective solutions.
• Support design, construction, fabrication, and start-up of production systems at new factory sites.
• Provide recommendations based on expertise in processes, materials, and technologies.
• Collaborate with product designers and external vendors to deliver effective production system designs.

Requirements

• Experience in machining, fabrication, prototyping, and processes.
• Ability to work hands-on in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export-controlled information.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
