Responsibilities

• Work as a member of a team in order to achieve The Goal.
• Conduct yourself in accordance with the MISSION, VISION, and VALUES.
• Perform welding and fabrication tasks using GMAW, FACW, FCAW-G, TIG, and SMAW processes.
• Work both in the field and in the shop.
• Read and interpret shop prints, engineering drawings, and weld symbols to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Set up and operate welding equipment.
• Conduct inspections and maintain weld quality in compliance within our QMS.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Continuously improve, learn, and grow both personally and professionally.
• Run forklift and shop equipment safely.
• Work 40 hours per week, or more if needed.
