Overview

KRB Machinery is seeking a skilled, full-time Welder/Fabricator to join their team on first shift. This role involves performing welding preparation, fabrication, and finishing operations to build high-quality products according to drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Weld complex components using MIG and stick welding in various positions.
• Fabricate machine frames, modules, and weld fixtures/jigs for production.
• Operate hand tools, thermal cutting torches, jacks, electric cranes, forklifts, and straightening presses.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following safety regulations.
• Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to ensure collective success.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Graduation from a welding program preferred.
• 5+ years of related welding/fabrication experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to work with hands and tools.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various physical activities.
• Basic math and geometry skills for measurements and layout.

• Shift: First Shift, Monday – Thursday, 5am-3pm (4x10 hour shifts)
