Overview

Rittal is a leading global provider of solutions for industrial enclosures, power distribution, climate control, and IT infrastructure. The Welder position on the 3rd shift involves performing MIG/TIG welding operations to support production while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG/TIG welding operations to support the production schedule.
• Weld base frames and other metal components according to specifications.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company standards.
• Meet or exceed targets for quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and supervisors to maintain workflow.
• Participate in weekly Rittal Production System (RPS) meetings.
• Continuously improve welding skills and overall competencies.
• Support and drive 6S activities to maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of welding experience or completion of a certified welding training program.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with basic welding tools, techniques, and safety procedures.
