Responsibilities

• Read prints and turn raw material into finished products.
• Think outside the box and solve problems independently.
• Show up on time and maintain accountability.
• Weld using MIG, TIG, and stick methods.
• Work collaboratively with teammates.

Requirements

• Experience in welding (MIG, TIG, stick).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong work ethic and accountability.
• Positive mindset and problem-solving skills.
