The Assembly Technician role is crucial for completing mechanical assemblies of industrial valves and actuators in a stable and profitable environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely, efficiently and successfully completing mechanical assemblies of industrial valves, actuators and accessories
• Following instructions on sales orders and work orders
• Maintaining a healthy and clean work environment
• Following company safety production policies and procedures
• Adapting to change and new situations

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or 5+ years of equivalent experience
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain a safe workstation
• Driven with a sense of responsibility and accountability
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for long hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Highly dependable and flexible
• Good communication skills within a team environment
• Ability to read, speak and write English and follow both written and verbal instructions
• Attention to detail and precision in work
• Available to work overtime hours

Additional Information

• Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• Additional mandatory overtime may be required, extending shifts to 10–12 hours
• Additional hours on Saturdays may also be required as needed
