Overview

The Electromechanical Assembler role involves performing light electronic and electromechanical assembly work for various types of switches. The ideal candidate should have soldering experience and the ability to work under a microscope with complex schematics.

Responsibilities

  • Perform light electronic and electromechanical assembly work for Radiofrequency switches and pushbutton switches.
  • Solder components in accordance with J-STD-001 standards.
  • Work under a microscope for extended periods.
  • Utilize both leaded and lead-free soldering processes.
  • Interpret and work with complex schematics, drawings, and assembly blueprints.
  • Handle soldering and wiring tasks that require manual dexterity and a variety of hand tools.

Requirements

  • Experience soldering in accordance with J-STD-001 Class 2; Class 3 preferred.
  • Ability to work steadily for long periods under a microscope.
  • Proficiency with leaded and lead-free (RoHS) soldering processes.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and understanding of complex schematics and wiring diagrams.
