Overview
Ingersoll Rand is seeking experienced CNC Machine Operators I & II to join their team in Alsip, IL. The company has a rich history of over 160 years and focuses on innovative technologies to enhance industrial productivity and sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Follow Standard Work Machine set up, running parts and preventative maintenance.
- Inspect, deburr, and perform manual operations and/or operate other equipment.
- Update and maintain all visual controls and support countermeasures.
- Participate in SMED, Kaizen events, and '5 Whys' problem-solving exercises.
- Resolve and/or report equipment abnormalities.
- Follow company safety procedures and standards.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of CNC maintenance mechanic experience.

- 1st Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
- 2nd Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 4:00pm - 12:30am
