Overview

The Electro-Mechanical Technician role involves producing and ensuring the proper functioning of electro-mechanical systems and components for unmanned aircraft systems. This position requires technical expertise in assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining complex systems while adhering to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and test gimballed camera systems in production environments.
  • Troubleshoot and repair non-functional gimbals, Printed Circuit Boards, and other assemblies.
  • Complete system transactions in ERP and shop floor systems.
  • Maintain detailed records of assembly processes and testing results.
  • Inspect products and components for defects using inspection tools.
  • Conduct product tests and document results for analysis.
  • Collect and maintain data related to quality metrics and defects.
  • Perform routine maintenance on testing equipment and tools.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers for feedback on improvements.
