Overview

The Manufacturing Mechanic will support the manufacturing team by performing maintenance and repairs on all plant equipment, conducting preventative maintenance, and performing facility maintenance as needed. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual who thrives in a team environment and is eager to contribute to the success of the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs for all plant equipment.
• Schedule and conduct preventative maintenance.
• Perform facility maintenance as needed.

Requirements

• Mechanical experience in a wide range of equipment.
• Experience with PLC controls, 3 Phase power, and electrical troubleshooting & repair.
• Pneumatics troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Hydraulic troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Ability to understand detailed technical information.
• Perform welding duties as needed with MIG/stick.
• Fabricate repair parts using machine shop equipment.
• Ability to keep detailed records.
• Handle petty cash as needed.
