Overview

The CNC Maintenance Technician position at Straumann Group involves maintaining equipment used in CNC production, ensuring maximum uptime and productivity. The company specializes in developing and supplying dental implants and related products, fostering a culture of innovation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Keep all production equipment running at a high efficiency rate and at maximum productivity.
  • Establish and perform preventive maintenance program for production equipment that is compliant to the quality system.
  • Work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain and calibrate equipment as needed.
  • Assist in IQ, OQ, and machine qualifications as needed.
  • Maintain spare part inventories to ensure high service level.
  • Perform additional duties/tasks as required by management.
  • Follow safety rules and maintain personal safety and the safety of others.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Record and report information accurately as required.
  • Perform job duties in compliance with work instructions.
  • Adhere to all company policies, work rules and the Straumann Code of Conduct.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 5+ years maintenance experience in a high-tech environment.
  • 5+ years CNC troubleshooting and repair.
  • 5+ years general machine troubleshooting and repair.
  • 3+ years of experience in facility and building operations and maintenance.
