Overview

As an Assembler - Level 4 at Honeywell, you will report to the Production Supervisor and work in Lansdale, PA, focusing on the assembly of components and products to ensure high quality and productivity. Your role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and operational excellence through attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes and improve efficiency.
• Follow detailed assembly instructions and processes.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Requirements

• At least five (5) years of experience in assembly or manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of assembly processes and quality control standards.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and assembly equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and practices.
