Overview

We are looking for a Staff Field Technician to join our EST team in Hatfield, PA. This role involves assisting in the maintenance and installation of site/field equipment, providing technical support, and performing routine maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance of site/field equipment and/or installation.
• Rearrange and remove equipment and associated wiring at customer sites or company locations.
• Provide product field support, including system hardware and software, medical or laboratory devices, and systems networking.
• Assist in testing, moving, repairing, and adjusting equipment problems associated with trouble reports.
• Perform client-site servicing, repair, and/or installation of company products.
• Provide technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and systems failures using established procedures.
• Determine the most cost-effective repair/resolution to minimize customer downtime.
• Prepare reports for analysis of product failure trends and serviceability issues.

Requirements

• Previous experience in production.
• Degree/diploma in Engineering or a similar field is preferred.
• Willingness to travel.
