Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor EDM machines under supervision
• Set up workpieces and tooling as instructed
• Read and follow basic blueprints and work instructions
• Perform routine inspections using measuring tools
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Assist with machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Meet production and quality standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Technical school or machining coursework preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and reliability

Additional Information

• Position hours are 5:00 AM until 1:30 PM
• Work may take place in areas with varying temperatures or no climate control
• Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn in designated areas
