Overview

The Manufacturing Associate role involves technical assembly and testing of precision instruments, along with administrative tasks using SAP systems. Candidates should possess strong computer skills and experience in managing production workflows and inventory control.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble, calibrate, and test instrument devices according to engineering specifications and quality standards.
  • Perform functional and performance testing, including verification of components exposed to low levels of radiation, following all applicable safety protocols.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during assembly and testing processes.
  • Maintain accurate production records, test results, and compliance documentation using SAP ERP and other digital tools.
  • Manage inventory transactions, material requisitions, and production scheduling within SAP.
  • Prepare reports and communicate status updates to management and cross-functional teams.
  • Utilize SAP ERP for production planning, inventory control, and data entry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for documentation and reporting.
  • Follow all company policies, regulatory requirements, and environmental health and safety standards.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of relevant experience in mechanical/electrical assembly and testing.
  • Strong computer skills with demonstrated SAP/ERP experience.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $22.42 - $35.04/hr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits.
