Overview

DC Fabricator (DCF) is seeking a talented Metal Finisher to join our team in Florence, NJ. This on-site position involves collaborating with a skilled team to deliver high-quality components while ensuring safety and precision.

Responsibilities

• Clean, grind, polish and perform all types of metal finishing work on stainless steel and other metals.
• Apply finishes to metals.
• Read and understand assembly instructions and steel blueprints.
• Ensure that required parts are present and meet quality control standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• 2+ years of experience with power tools.
• 2+ years of experience with metalwork.
• Knowledge of welding and fabrication is a plus.
• Eager to learn and willing to be trained.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Physical ability to carry hand tools and items weighing up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for the majority of the day.
• Ability to work in hot and cold environments.
• US citizenship is required.

Additional Information

Regular hours are 3:30pm-12:00am with training occurring on day shift (7:00am-3:30pm).
