Responsibilities

• Installs, troubleshoots, and repairs equipment including motors, relays, and switches on varied machinery.
• Performs preventive maintenance and maintains records for safe equipment operation.
• Acts as the point person for production personnel regarding preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Diagnoses and repairs forklifts, pumps, hydraulics, and related equipment.
• Maintains and refills parts inventory.
• Responds promptly to unplanned equipment failures to minimize production downtime.
• Communicates effectively with machine operators and supervisors about equipment issues and safety concerns.
• Utilizes Personal Protective Equipment properly.
• Troubleshoots and resolves equipment issues as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Industrial Maintenance required.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, circuitry, PLC, AC/DC drivers, and welding fabrication.
• Intermediate math and computer skills.
• English written communication skills necessary.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to work in hot environments consistently.
• Ability to meet objectives and deadlines with minimal supervision.
