Lennox, a leader in HVAC and refrigeration solutions, is hiring a Piping Technician for their Heatcraft factory in Stone Mountain, GA. The role involves fabricating, cutting, and brazing pipes to carry refrigerants, with a focus on teamwork and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Fabricates pipe systems of various shapes, sizes, and pressures.
• Ensures proper placement and alignment according to general blueprints and instructions.
• Brazes fabricated pipes to make the specified product work as designed.
• Performs a variety of assembly, fabrication, production, and operator tasks.

Requirements

• Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of brazing.
• Basic understanding of data charts, specification diagrams, and work orders.
• Able to look at general diagrams and determine fabrication needs.
• Able to determine required equipment and settings.
• Requires precision control and dexterity.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.

Additional Information

• First shift hours are from 5:00am to 1:30pm.
