Overview

We are seeking Assembly Welders for a full-time and permanent position at a local facility focusing on metal fabrication. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in metal fabrication, construction, or welding, with on-the-job welding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• MIG welding on various types of material.
• Set up machine based on each task.
• Use of cutting tools and other related equipment.
• Operating forklifts and overhead crane (training provided).
• Read and interpret drawings.
• Keep workstation clean and organized.

Requirements

• Must have 2 years' experience in metal fabrication, construction, or welding.
• Pass a weld test if needed.
• Use of power tools and other equipment.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must be willing to work overtime if needed.

Additional Information

• Shift: 2nd Shift
• Must be able to train on 1st Shift for 2 - 4 weeks with receiving base pay.
• Pay: $23 - $27.60 an hour with a 15% shift differential.
• 2 pay raises in the 1st year.
• PTO is offered during the first 30 days of employment.
• Schedule: Monday - Thursday 10-hour shifts.
• Overtime available.
• Weekly pay.
