Overview

As a Body Shop Technician, you will be responsible for tractor body and fender repairs, ensuring quality workmanship and safety in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Possess general knowledge of body repair procedures.
• Perform work efficiently and safely with good workmanship.
• Prime, paint, and apply clear coat as needed on equipment.
• Clean the shop and work area as necessary.
• Assist with additional projects and rush work orders.
• Record and audit all body parts used on repaired vehicles.
• Perform job duties safely and economically.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School education or GED required; secondary education is a plus.
• Possess mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• General welding skills needed to repair aluminum panels.
• Possess painting skills and knowledge.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Possess general tools for the trade, including hand tools and air tools.
