Overview

Blue Rhino is seeking a 2nd Shift Full-Time Production Specialist to join a hardworking and safety-focused team. This hands-on, labor-intensive role involves lifting and stacking propane cylinders while ensuring their safety and satisfaction for customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform Washer functions including placing cylinders on conveyer belt, sorting, removing sleeve and peeling label.
• Dispatch cylinders to paint, fill, or rework stations.
• Complete Paint Line operations including loading cylinders in tank hanger, applying paint bag applicator, and unloading tank hanger.
• Operate Shot Blast, Tare weight entry station, Capper (data code label), and Stacker (palletizing).
• Manually check for leaks, weight problems, or sleeve malfunctions.
• Perform cylinder refurb operations based on workstation.
• Stack finished product.
• Check for quality assurance.

Requirements

• Possess integrity and a good work ethic.
• Demonstrated ability to be punctual, dependable, and reliable.
• Ability to work overtime, as required.
• Ability to understand basic technical instructions, both written and verbal.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the United States.
• Applicants must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.
