ATS Drilling is currently hiring multiple positions for Laborers and Lattice Crane Operators, looking to fill several openings immediately with additional hiring planned over the coming weeks.

Requirements

• Must be 18+
• Must be legally and physically able to work
• Must pass background check, drug screen, and physical
• Valid driver’s license preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and reliability are essential

• Laborers start at $18/hr
• Full-time work with overtime opportunities
• Primarily travel-based work (DFW, Oklahoma City, Houston, and Austin areas)
• Typically, 1–2 weeks on the road depending on project location

• Steady workload with long-term opportunity for dependable employees
• Consistent overtime availability
• This is outdoor construction work in all weather conditions, including heat and physically demanding tasks.
