Overview

Archer Western Construction is currently seeking a Common Laborer for the BTX/DFW Terminal F Project in Dallas, TX. The Common Laborer will perform physical labor tasks on construction jobsites, including operating tools and assisting with site preparation.

Responsibilities

  • Perform physical labor tasks as instructed by the supervisor.
  • Work with crew members and operate a variety of hand and power tools.
  • Clean and prepare construction sites as needed.
  • Load and unload construction supplies around the worksite.

Requirements

  • 1 year of verifiable experience preferred.
  • Ability to climb and maintain balance on scaffold/ladder.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in adverse weather conditions.
  • Ability to comply with all safety policies and procedures.
  • Strong work ethic and desire to learn.
  • Good manual dexterity; may be standing, bending, kneeling, or sitting for long periods.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
