Overview

Tindall Corporation is a leading Precast Concrete Manufacturer dedicated to supporting customers and delivering innovative solutions. The Production Worker role involves placing steel, strand, and concrete for the production of concrete members while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Safety and Quality rules to ensure a safe working environment.
• Receive instructions and unload torches, steel, and tool buggies.
• Uncover the bed and remove forms, detentions, bulkheads, and block outs.
• Lay out rebar, plates, loops, channels, and insulations.
• Pull strand and cut it with a grinder, placing chucks on ends.
• Tie rebar and place form and side plates.
• Prepare for pour by blowing out the bed and receiving pouring tools.
• Hook up air hoses and spread and vibrate concrete.
• Place insulation and C ties in bed, scrape rails, and clean up excess concrete.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One to three months of related experience or training.
