The Welder/Fabricator role is a full-time, on-site position in Denver, CO, focused on using various welding techniques to assemble steel and metal parts according to specifications.

Responsibilities

• Use various welding techniques to assemble steel and metal parts according to drawings and specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Measure and cut materials.
• Perform accurate welds.
• Inspect finished work for quality and safety standards.
• Maintain welding equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Collaborate with other production team members.
• Support continuous improvement of fabrication processes.

Requirements

• Demonstrate proficiency in MIG welding with .035, .045 and flux core welding wire.
• Hands-on experience with a variety of materials and thicknesses.
• Knowledge of materials used in metal fabrication, including properties and appropriate welding applications.
• Ability to read and interpret prints and work orders.
• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
• Commitment to safety, including proper use of PPE and adherence to shop safety protocols.
• Welding certifications are preferred.
• Experience with saws, grinders and brake setups.
