Overview

Fluidstack is focused on delivering large-scale compute infrastructure for AI, aiming to expand human freedom through technology. The Senior Structural Engineer will lead the design and execution of modular systems across multiple sites, contributing to the development of innovative data center solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural engineering on custom modular systems across a multi-site portfolio.
• Design and engineer structural steel frameworks and modular systems to project requirements.
• Perform static, dynamic, and seismic calculations for modular frames and transport load cases.
• Manage external structural consultants and modular manufacturers.
• Drive technical alignment across fabricators, GCs, and project teams.
• Develop modular structural standards and connection details.

Requirements

• Experience leading structural design of modular, prefabricated, or skid-based systems.
• Proficiency in static, dynamic, and seismic analysis using ETABS, RISA, or RAM.
• Experience managing modular manufacturers and external consultants.
• Ability to think in repeatable systems and connection details.
• Experience coordinating across civil, MEP, fabricators, and GCs.
