They are seeking experienced structural and construction engineers with 3-7 years of experience to support complex projects and contribute to engineering project delivery and growth-related initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support leading-edge structural building innovation.
• Participate in the development and implementation of strategies for structural system development.
• Act as a coach and mentor to other team members.
• Engage in client and partner collaboration and business development efforts.
• Contribute to systems that reduce embodied carbon, construction waste, and risk.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of structural and construction engineering experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline required.
• EIT or PE preferred.
