KR Wolfe, Inc. is a growing company specializing in installation, integration, field service, and renovation solutions for advanced environments in healthcare, education, commercial, and government sectors. The Healthcare Renovation Technician is responsible for the demolition and renovation of healthcare spaces and the installation of new equipment, with extensive travel required.

Responsibilities

• Safely and properly use power tools and hand tools.
• Complete demolition and renovation duties in various trades.
• Perform manual labor.
• Oversee quality assurance.
• Identify hazardous materials.
• Organize building materials.
• Prepare daily construction reports.
• Maintain a clean working environment.
• Exhibit dependable, reliable, punctual, and trustworthy conduct.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• OSHA 10 Training preferred.
• Welding experience highly preferred.
• Basic structural knowledge and ability to install structures unassisted.
• Strong teamwork, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with demolition preferred.
• Experience in one or more of the following trades: Carpentry, Painting, Drywall, Electrical, Plumbing, Framing, Mechanical.
• Ability to work under general supervision and lead small projects or teams.
• Ability to provide basic hand tools.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Proficient verbal communication skills.

Additional Information

• This position requires 100% travel, including work on days, weekends, and nights.
