Holder Construction is a nationally recognized leader in the construction industry, known for rewarding excellence and investing in its people. They are seeking a Laborer to join their Operations team on a project in Wilmer, TX.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and preparing the worksite.
• Assisting safety team.
• Handling and moving jobsite materials.
• Assisting carpenters with any projects.
• Help with loading and unloading of deliveries.

Requirements

• Possess 1-year of construction experience.
• Understanding of safety and general construction knowledge.
• Provide primary support to field supervision.
• Be able to use critical thinking to solve issues on the worksite.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must be agile/mobile, remain alert, and be able to stand or walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to read/write, and can see & hear well either naturally or with correction.
• Must be able to lift and carry materials of all shapes and sizes weighing 50-100 lbs., 75% of the time.
