Overview
Steel Tech USA is a company that utilizes advanced engineering platforms to design cold-formed steel structures with high precision and reliable structural performance. The Structural Engineer will design and analyze cold-formed steel framing systems to ensure safety, durability, and code compliance.
Responsibilities
- Design and analyze cold-formed steel framing systems including studs, panels, trusses, and wall assemblies.
- Perform structural calculations and load analysis.
- Review engineering drawings and documentation.
- Coordinate with design, manufacturing, and construction teams to resolve technical issues.
- Use CAD tools and engineering software to develop detailed plans.
- Support continuous improvement of engineering workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Structural Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure.
- Experience with cold-formed steel design, prefabricated systems, or industrialized construction is beneficial.
- Skills in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering.
- Skills in Structural Analysis and Calculations.
- Skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.

- This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
