Overview
Become a part of ENERCON as a Civil Structural Design or Civil Structural Project Engineer. We are seeking talented Civil Structural Engineers at all experience levels, from early-career professionals to accomplished principal engineers.
Responsibilities
- Dive into detailed analysis and design of critical structures and components.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure designs meet safety and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate proposed plant modifications to uphold safety and compliance.
- Prepare in-depth technical reports, design calculations, and specifications.
- Communicate findings effectively to key stakeholders.
- Work seamlessly with professionals from various engineering fields.
- Develop innovative design studies and craft comprehensive project scopes.
- Tackle complex technical challenges with creative problem-solving strategies.
- Participate in site walkdowns, oversee field installations, and support system start-ups.
- Lead by example and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with design of civil structural systems.
- Experience in engineering/design services, power generation, nuclear power, heavy industrial, or government projects is preferred.
- Good writing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams.
- Proficient in Word and Excel.
