Overview

Integrity Trade Services is seeking a dedicated Welder/Fabricator for a reputable client located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This position involves working from blueprints to fabricate various steel structures and requires strong math skills and welding capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Work from blueprints and shop drawings to lay out miscellaneous steel such as railings, stairs, and fences.
• Cut, punch, and drill materials as required.
• MIG weld steel materials ranging from 16 gauge to ½” thick.
• Perform TIG welding on brass, aluminum, and stainless steel as a plus.
• Grind materials to high finish standards.
• Lift heavy materials, regularly lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Complete the job from blueprints through to finishing.

Requirements

• Good math skills, including converting fractions and decimals and basic algebra.
• Ability to read a tape measure to 16ths of an inch.
• Valid WI driver's license required.
• Experience with MIG welding; TIG welding capability is a plus.

Additional Information

• Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin
• Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday – Friday)
• Some overtime depending on workload, typically 6 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Work is paid on a piece rate basis.
