Requirements

• Hands-on experience as a welder and mechanic, ideally within rail or automotive settings.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Clear communicator and dependable team player.
• Willing to work flexible hours with overtime when needed.
