Overview

Top Metal Solutions is seeking experienced and dependable welders to join their fabrication and manufacturing team as a Production Welder. This role is ideal for individuals who can consistently produce high-quality welds and maintain production efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform production GMAW welding on fabricated metal components and assemblies
• Perform FCAW-G welding for structural or heavy-duty applications as required
• Read and interpret work orders, fabrication drawings, and production prints
• Set up and adjust welding machines and equipment properly
• Perform fitting, alignment, and assembly support as needed
• Maintain consistent weld quality and production efficiency
• Inspect welds visually and identify defects or inconsistencies
• Grind and finish parts to meet quality standards
• Work independently while maintaining production schedules
• Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and shop policies
• Assist with troubleshooting basic fabrication and welding issues
• Maintain clean and organized work areas

Requirements

• 3-5 years of welding experience preferred
• Previous experience in manufacturing or metal fabrication environments required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong understanding of welding safety and shop procedures
• Ability to maintain productivity and quality standards
• Good attendance and reliability
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

• Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site
• Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 7:00 AM - 5:45 PM
• Starting pay: $22/hour
• 40 hours per week
