Overview

Depot Connect International (DCI) is a global leader in Tank/ISO Tank Container Services and Tank Trailer Parts, headquartered in Tampa, Florida, with over 160 locations worldwide. They are seeking a DOT inspection certified mechanic with 2-5+ years of experience for their Kent, WA location.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose failures and make repairs on mechanical, electrical, or other various systems on a tank trailer.
• Perform tank service and repair.
• Install and repair trailer suspension.
• Repair air brake systems.
• Inspect tanks and trailers to align with DOT standards.

Requirements

• DOT inspection certification.
• 2-5+ years of experience as a mechanic.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with tank service and repair.
• Experience with trailer suspension installation and repair.
• Experience with air brake systems.
• TIG aluminum, stainless or carbon welding experience is optional.
• HM183 certification preferred.

• Location: 18211 East Valley Hwy, Kent, WA. 98032
• Shift Hours: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
• Skill-based pay rate reviews and potential increases every 6 months.
