Overview

Now hiring a Robotic Welder in Riverside, CA, with a focus on quality, paychecks, and safety. The position requires experience in welding and fabrication, and offers competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Program and operate robotic welding systems for carbon steel and stainless steel.
• Utilize knowledge of welding principles, including weld wire types and cutting methods.
• Operate high-definition plasma cutting tables.
• Read and interpret moderately complex drawings and prints for accurate fabrication.
• Use hand and power tools such as grinders, hammers, and punch presses.
• Design and build tools and fixtures to improve production processes.
• Create jigs and fixtures based on prints or original designs.
• Maintain a safe production environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in welding, fabrication, and manufacturing.
• Proven experience with power hand tools and manufacturing equipment.
• Previous forklift certification (2+ years).
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs unassisted, up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Strong team player with a desire to grow within the company.
