Overview

We are seeking experienced Structural Welders to join a growing fabrication team in Tulsa, OK. This position is responsible for welding structural steel components using multiple welding positions while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural welding on steel components and assemblies
• Complete welds in flat, uphill, and downhill positions as required
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings
• Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect completed welds to verify quality, strength, and compliance with specifications
• Assist with fitting, positioning, and preparation of materials for welding
• Maintain production schedules while meeting quality expectations
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and fabrication team members

Requirements

• Previous structural welding experience preferred
• Ability to pass a visual weld test in flat, uphill, and downhill positions
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
• Strong understanding of structural welding techniques and procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and workmanship quality
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic REQUIRED

Additional Information

• Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour (DOE)
• Location: Tulsa, OK 74127
• Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Schedule: Monday-Friday (Some Weekends Required)
