Job Description
Overview
CloudRay Inc is a staffing partner with over 25 years of experience, seeking an experienced Welder Helper for a client near Decatur, AL. This role involves assisting welders in a leading automotive manufacturing environment, offering a great opportunity for long-term career growth.
Responsibilities
- Assist welders in the welding department.
- Lift, carry, and assemble parts to a pipe.
- Follow instructions and comply with all quality policies and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area and follow safety procedures.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a Manufacturing Environment.
- High School Diploma/GED or technical school graduate.
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work occasional overtime.
- Steel-toe boots required.
- Must pass background and drug screening.
- Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal).
