Overview

The Metal Fabricator role involves interpreting blueprints, preparing metal, cutting and shaping components, and welding them together using various techniques. This position requires a strong understanding of metal fabrication processes and the ability to work with precision tools.

Responsibilities

• Interpreting blueprints to determine job requirements
• Selecting and preparing metal stock for fabrication
• Using saws, lathes, drill presses, and grinders to cut, bend, and shape metal components
• Joining metal components together using welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and ARC
• Measuring and planning for fabrication tasks
