Abundant Solutions is hiring Welders for a manufacturing facility in Claremore that specializes in structural steel components. The role involves production welding using MIG, flux core, or stick processes on thick steel materials.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, flux core, or stick welding on structural steel
• Weld components such as poles, beams, and large fabricated parts
• Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols
• Follow weld procedures to ensure proper penetration and strength
• Use grinders and other tools to clean and prep welds
• Inspect welds for quality and make repairs as needed
• Work with fitters and team members to complete assemblies
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

• Previous welding experience (structural or production preferred)
• Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints
• Experience with MIG, flux core, or stick welding
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment
• Reliable and ready to work
