Overview

We are seeking an experienced Hand Welder with proficiency in multiple welding processes, including Stick, MIG, TIG, and Flux Core. This position involves pipe welding, structural projects, and fabrication tasks, requiring strong blueprint reading skills and the ability to deliver precise, high-quality welds.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding using Stick, MIG, TIG, and Flux Core processes.
• Execute high-quality pipe welds in accordance with specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings.
• Ensure all welds meet required standards and pass inspection.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.
• Assist with related fabrication and structural welding tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to pass a 6G Pipe MIG root / Stick fill & cap weld test.
• Proven hands-on experience in pipe welding, structural welding, and fabrication.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced shop environment.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.

Additional Information

• Pay: $32.00 base pay per hour with ability to go to $34-36 per hour with retroactive raise after 90 days of employment.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. OR Weekend Shift, Friday - Sunday, 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (Work 36 hours, get paid for 40).
