Overview

As a Welder Helper at Frontier Environmental Services, you will support experienced welders by preparing materials and ensuring a safe jobsite. This role offers a great opportunity to start a career in the Oil & Gas industry with a focus on safety.

Responsibilities

• Stock, clean, and organize welding tools and supplies
• Set up equipment and materials for daily assignments
• Cut, grind, and prep pipe for welding
• Assist with pipe fit-up using clamps, levels, and tape measures
• Keep work areas safe, ventilated, and clean

Requirements

• 1+ year of welding or helper experience in Oil & Gas preferred
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• Physically able to lift 50–100 lbs and work in all weather
• Team player with strong work ethic and safety-first mindset
• Must pass drug screening and background check
